As an ex-smoker, I understand how difficult it can be to stop smoking. Not only does nicotine hijack our natural survival system, making smoking as important to our survival as eating, but it can be ingrained in our daily life from morning routines, work breaks and social life.

The Simmons Method is more than hypnotherapy, it is a detailed, tailored approach based on neuroscience, looking at what smoking is for you, what it means for you and how you do it.
Starting with an initial 20minute phone/zoom consultation, I will then prepare a session precisely for what you need to get free of the smoke completely and for good. Before the session I will ask you to complete a smoking diary and a few tasks. The session will last around 2 ½ hours and can be done in person or online. I provide a bespoke MP3 recording to support you after your session.
